Rachel's passionate approach to real estate is evident in her many achievements in the real estate industry. She has lived and worked in the NW Denver Highland area since 2002, long before there were coffee shops and quaint neighborhood bistros dotting the thoroughfares. Despite the neighborhood's “rough edge” Rachel fell in love with the rich culture and diversity of this emerging area.

Throughout her real estate career Rachel has repeatedly shown her ability to spot what is up and coming, define current marketing trends, and tune into the needs of the local real estate market. Rachel has been a leader in implementing technology and social media, but never underestimates the power of personal relationships. She believes in allowing things to happen organically.

Rachel has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation, EcoBroker certification and is currently in the process of obtaining the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate accreditation. Rachel is a member of UrbiCulture farms, an organic front yard farm co-op, and she supports first and foremost small business in her neighborhood.

As a mother of 2 young children she is also a huge proponent of Denver Public Schools and believes in giving back to the local community. It is her belief that these grass roots efforts are what create a truly sustainable community. Rachel believes in LEEDing by example with a lifestyle that aligns with her core values.
